Celebrating our tenth year in the industry, we specialize in selling directly to convenience store owners, dollar store owners, and general merchandise store owners arcoss the United States, United Kingdom, France, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico.
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.
We use a nationally accredited secure server for all of our transactions. We require a $25 purchase minimum for all orders.

Shipping/Handling Policy
International Shipping
Shipping totals are calcuated for orders inside of the United States. Shipments outside of the United States will be subject to an extra charge. If you are outside of the United States, you will be contacted via e-mail with your shipping cost after your order has been placed. Based upon cost, you may approve or cancel your order at that time. Due to shipping restrictions, we can not ship lighters internationally.
Domestic Ground Shipping
Our primary shipper is UPS. Most products arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated by the weight & the geographical area the products are being shipped. Unfortunately, we can not deliver to a P.O. Box, so a street address is necessary. Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii, may take longer. Signature upon delivery required.
Domestic 2nd or 3rd Day Air
2 or 3 business days. Shipping costs are calculated by the weight & the geographical area the products are being shipped. Items may ship using a variety of methods, both air and ground. Signature upon delivery required.
Domestic 1 Day Air (Overnight Service)

Backorder Policy
We make every attempt to update our website with live-time information. However, certain circumstances may cause us to run out of product before we can indicate that the item is temporarily out of stock. In cases where an item is ordered and not in stock, the missing items will be placed on backorder. When the item comes in, we will ship it with no additional shipping charges.Privacy Policy
Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we do not sell, rent or trade any information to others. We will not use or share your personally identifiable information with others except those individuals or entities which we have engaged to provide services to you, for those purposes set forth above or with your consent.
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer.
CStore.net will provide you with the ability to access your personal information maintained on our system and permit you to review and correct that personal information or change your choices or preferences with regard to that personal information; for instance, whether or not you wish to be contacted about specials or new products.
Return Policy
Effective 02/09/07
You may return new and unopened items sold and fulfilled by CStore.net within 30 days of delivery. Returned items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the return is a result of our error, we'll also pay the return shipping costs (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery can not be refunded.
Unopened items that are defective upon receipt, or an unopened item you do not wish to keep, please return to the RETURN CENTER at the address below. Please include your Packing slip and state in writing, on the packing slip, if you want a refund or an exchange. Again, please be sure to include the packing slip in the box and ship the order to:

Exchanges & Refunds
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. In most cases, we'll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return. If you paid directly from your bank account, it may take up to 10 additional business days for the credit to be posted to your bank account. If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, or you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item to our Returns Center (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
